As to the utility statements you attached, I need to get clarification how you came up with the corresponding figures?
Please clarify and kindly provide the evidence/ invoice for the positions as mentioned below?
Unit 3307:
1. SQM 93.05 -> evidence for 0.55 SQM? (provide measurements for counter check?)
2. Temporary Electric Meter -> buyer should only pay for the permanent electric meter
3. Water Meter -> evidence for the amount?
4. Cable TV -> evidence for the amount?
5. Permanent electric meter -> evidence for the amount? double compared to unit 2712?
6. Service Fee -> evidence for the amount?
7. Transfer fee -> evidence for the amount?
Unit 2712:
1. SQM 48.92 -> evidence? Refund for 0.08 SQM? (provide measurements for counter check?)
2. Temporary Electric Meter -> buyer should only pay for the permanent electric meter
3. Water Meter -> evidence for the amount?
4. Cable TV -> evidence for the amount?
5. Permanent electric meter -> evidence for the amount?
6. Service Fee -> evidence for the amount?
7. Transfer fee -> evidence for the amount? based on 49 SQM?
