The Japanese cuisine counts the freshness of ingredients.It is unique with a
large number of raw foods,mainly raw fish.The raw fish dish is called sashimi.The
raw fish is mostly eaten with soy sauce and wasabi,the green horseradish mustard.
The Japanese cuisine also has another special way of preparing food,especially

Generally,a spoon is not provided.Take out the contents of the soup with chopsticks,
eat them and drink the liquid.Like many other Asian countries,the staple food in
Japan is rice and there are several ways of cooking it such as sushi.
