Shelter
The human body is not very strong, compared to other animals therefore its ability to withstand the harshness of nature is low. Humans need shelter from the heat, rain and cold as well as other destructive elements such as predators. In the beginning, humans took shelter in caves. As the life style changes, so did human’s shelter. Humans moved from living in caves to building their own huts and to constructing their own houses. Human settlement gradually developed over time. As a result, we now have many wonderful building structures that we live and work in.
