The theme of Session 2 was about identifying distorted cognition. It focused on identifying one's distorted cognition by linking an anger provoking situation with one's response to it(Free, 1999; McKay& Rogers, 2000). The More specifically, under the supervision of a therapist, participants were guided into expressing themselves about anger- provoking situations commonly occur ring in a military camp. The homework included participants' self-monitoring of anger as well as recording the anger provoking events and their thoughts and responses to those events.
