As discussed in earlier classes, a transnational corporation (TNC) is the same as a multinational corporation (MNC). In today’s discussion, we will use the term, transnational corporation, and the acronym, TNC.
A TNC is a company that engages in foreign direct investment (FDI) and owns or controls activities in more than one country.
