Whatever the focus of the coaching, a through analysis of the situation and its context is undertaken in collaboration with the client.
It should include values and perceptions, beliefs, needs and desires of the client, and a careful description and of analysis of the work situation and of the client}s association action.
A range of techniques may be used, depending upon the style of the coach.
Issues or problems are identified, but at this stage solutions and advice are not sought or offered.
