soft skills training evaluation is acknowledged as difficult and challenging by many researchers and trainers. Anecdotal evidence has shown that soft skills training is much less likely to transfer to the job than hard skills training, and the inability to transfer any form of training usually results in an extremely high cost ranging from approximately $50 billion to $200 billion annually. These arguments stress the importance of assessing the People Styles Model Training program. This study was conducted to measure the effectiveness of the People Styles Model Training as a soft skills training program.
