At K = 2 the Polish populations G1
and G2 were found to be distinct from the KIEL population. Results obtained
from these genetic clusterings were averaged by Clumpp and
plots were generated by Distruct. 
The arithmetic clustering configurations
for K = 2 are shown in Fig. 4 where plots depict individual and
population levels of stratification (Fig. 4A and B). 
Results of the clustering
of the analysed samples clearly indicated that eastern samples
should be considered as one subpopulation, well differentiated from
the western subpopulation represented by KIEL sample.
