I know the delayed of the QGC order has created a lot of problems for all of us.
But, the SALES team could not be monitoring every orders that we issued. As long as there is no news from Planning, we would assumed everything is going as planned.
Please, should there be an issue with the committed time for any orders, you would need to let the SALES team know immediately. Not respond only when been asked. It will be too late to inform the customer already.
