Job Description:-
Developing and maintaining good relationships with customers and company network providers (hospitals, clinics and clinical representative associations).
Ensuring that customers receive the highest quality and appropriate treatment with reasonable costs.
Overseeing a call centre team who handle quality development and the auditing of company network providers.
Training both the call centre team and company network providers on analysis, evaluations and problem handling.
Monitoring contract compliance, standard company processes and treatments in accordance with reasonable costs.
Bringing any evidence of non-compliance to the attention of the network providers.
Performing in a proper and cost-effective way in order to achieve corporate goals.
Auditing company network providers and ensuring that they meet treatment standards within reasonable costs.
Negotiating pricing agreements with network providers.
Explaining new company network providers by focusing on North and Central areas.
Qualifications:-
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related fields.
Thai national, male or female, aged 35-45 years old.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the insurance business.
Good knowledge of IT will be an advantage.
Experience in Hospital Network Management will be an advantage.
Excellent coordination and negotiation skills,
Possessing good relationships with hospitals.
Good management and decision making skills.
Able to travel upcountry.
Very good command of the English language, both spoken and written skills.
