Mcdonald's understands the importance of both its employees and its customers. it understands the fact that a happy employee can serve well and result in a happy customer. Mcdonald continuously does Internal Marketing because if the internal marketing is effective it will automatically lead to in the success of extemal marketing.
Internal marketing includes hiring, training and motivating employees. In this way they can easily serve customers and the result will be the smiling faces of the customers. The level of importance has to be placed in the following order (the more important people are at the top):
