For the purpose of the additional mortgage registration at Chokchai and Banbung District, please find attached the following documents for your further actions:

1. Draft minutes of the Board of Directors; and
2. List of documents/items to be provided by the borrower.

We note from the confirmation letter issued by BOI we have in our hands that the permission was not specifically granted for land title deed no. 44211 (which have been mortgaged to BAY), please could you make sure that the BOI’s permission extends to include the land title deed no. 44211 so that the additional land and building mortgages at Chokchai and Banbung District can be done at the same time.

Please also arrange two authorised directors who will attend the registration in person i.e. one director at each Land Office.
