Khun Sirinya has an experience in Call Center job for 3 years before join with GT. She has been the leader team for 1 year. She was assigned to be a contract person of CCC for coordinated with other department departments (Collection, U&I, POS and Claims), to call out for clarification to the customer who has asked the question via TM support, to extract daily report from CRM and send to the relevant section.
