(HealthDay News) -- Poor eating habits can trigger overeating and destroy a weight-loss plan.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says eating habits to avoid include:
• Eating your food too quickly.
• Eating when you aren't hungry.
• Standing up while you eat, which may trigger overeating.
• Making dessert a daily habit.
• Skipping a meal, notably breakfast.
