Please advise the IMTH’s HR policy with regards to such case that K Ple is encountering now as she mentioned in her email below.
To my understanding, if there are family care leave to take, then she can take the family care leave for this purpose.
If there are no family care leave to take, then she has to take her annual leave for this purpose.
As for her work during these few days that she will be away from office, if she is taking her annual leave then she needs to discuss with her supervisor Jack on her PM job tasks of the week that needs to be attended to, and work out how these tasks can be helped to be supported by the PM team while she is on leave.
Please advise K Ple on the correct HR procedures to take for this case per company’s HR policy
