There is a problem with the Fuze Telepresence Gateways that is resulting in some attempts to connect repeatedly dropping after approximately 30 seconds.
We are working with the vendor to resolve this issue. In the meantime please use the following work-around and if you have a moment please notify us of the meeting ID and the room you were calling -multimedia@groupon.com
If you are experiencing repeated disconnects, please log into the Fuze meeting from a computer and click the Invite icon at the bottom.
Search for the name of your room and select to call and Fuze will dial out to the room and your connection should be stable.
