1. Seller’s to connect with the middle man of the seller in order to find more existing customers.
2. The next step middle-man would contact and negotiate with the middle man of the buyer in order to find the real buyers. At this moment, the seller and buyer are introduced. After they know each other, they are likely to discuss term and condition including unit prices further in details. Once the agreement has been reached, the seller prepares Proforma Invoice & Purchase order for the buyer.
3. They will nominate the Freight Forwarder.
4.-5.The buyer then goes to the bank to make a request to pay into the bank account of the seller.
6. The bank of seller would receive the payment through the letter of credit.
7. After the bank of seller receive the payment. The bank will inform the seller about the money transfer.
8. Between buyer and seller, the one who pay for the freight. Automatically has the right to control the freight forwarder.
