This makes it really hard to procrastinate. It's such a driving sound, that it will not allow your mind to relax.

This is so helpful to me. Listened to the whole thing with no headaches, and that's saying something cause I'm currently concussed.

This is by far the most therapeutic beta binaural beat I have come across. It's nice in a musical sense as left and right ear tones have harmonic qualities, meaning less flickering.

Is that annoying buzzing noise in the left headphone normal or are my headphones fucked up?

To me it sounds as if it's rain dropping through plastic tubes...thin ones or perhaps ice steadily crackling...just continuously...

That´s interesting. When I have headphones- I hear very, but very low-pitched sound. Without headphones I heard nothing. Only, when I give the volume on maximum, I get headache.
