Drying of Moringa leaves
Moringa leaves were distributed uniformly on a tray in an oven at 40, 50 and 60 °C temperature. A digital balance with accuracy ± 0.001 g (Gikuru and Olwal, 2005) was used to measure the mass of samples. Leaves were dried until the readings became constant. The readings were taken in three replicates and average values were used for further analysis.
