Anxiety is a significant determinant of behavioral intention in social cognitive theory (Compeau and Higgins 1995). Glass & Knight (1988) also defined anxiety has been found to relate strongly with negative thoughts and negative expectations of success. Consumer anxiety about using technology specifically focuses on the individual consumer’s state of mind regarding his or her ability and willingness to use technology-related tools (Meuter et al. 2003). For UTAUT model, anxiety is one of the factor we apply to use in this model. So, Anxiety impacts the behavior intention to adopt Settrade Streaming Application
