San Sebastián city stretches along the Urumea river bank, close to its mouth, facing the “La Concha” Bay and limited by Mount Igueldo and Mount Urgull. Within these lands, the city is located, constituting the largest area known as the “Cornisa Cantábrica” (Cantabrian Region).
Climate
Being on the coast, the weather is influenced by the Atlantic Ocean. Nevertheless, the temperatures are mild all year long. The rainy seasons are during the spring and the autumn. On the other hand, summers are not excessively hot with an average temperature of 18ºC and winters are not too cold with an average temperature of 8ºC.
