However,these antioxidant activities are lower than CSE antioxidant activity. An increase of SCE pressure from 10 to 22 MPa leads to an increase of antioxidant activity of orange peel extract for example from 1.811 ± 0.109 to 4.090 ± 0.483 M at a temperature of 35◦C. The operating conditions 35◦C/22 MPa give an extract with an antioxidant activity equal to the control.
