We really appreciate all that you both have done for us in growing our business up to this point. However, with our current predicament we are continuing to loose a loosing battle. As you may know our growth and funding for the O store comes from our wholesale business which includes partners in our Element 72 stores. Our stores and POP up stores, currently exceed 20 stores. We have just lost five stores to Lux. Even though its a life style store its not worth the push against lux. If we don’t sell to them they can purchase off the market at prices which far exceeds our transfer cost. To us, its not worth battling a client when he still purchases AFA from us. Its come to a point where some large Lux account has approached us to purchase through them. We are talking about our survivability here. Retail prices continue to fall even further in which we highly doubt that anyone can do anything about due to the fact that Lux operations, is a numbers driven game. We have tried our best to retain this account and even open and compared each other cost. I have seen there cost that after rebate and all the discounts, runs between 20 to 23% below our transfer cost. All cost is in Thai Baht Local currencies. This account receives 60 days credit and is going to be shift to 90 days credit next month. All fixtures are free. Justin, I am very sure that you can cross check the info that I have given you. I have seen the documents, contracts and there invoice before I decided to relinquish this account to receive eyewear from Lux. This is a fact that we must face. The point is with the number of stores that we have, we are at a risk of our own survival. It has reached a point where we ourselves, have to return the O stores to you. In eyewear category there isn’t a significant difference to the consumer. We can not discount in an O store neither can we continue to operate as a showroom. We would like to ask you to release our eyewear account to Luxotica Thailand, at least this would give us an opportunity to survive. We have given up on the battle against them.
Can you please consider this option as it is the only option that would allow us to continue operating. As for the O store, we all know the future is quite bleak, taking into account that the U.S. is trying to find a suitor. We are willing to be the last man standing but we really need the financial equality to survive.
