Party-B]. Unit Price includes all expenses of tools & equipment, auxiliary material, labors etc.

2.2Degreasing,Acid-cleaning,Neutralization,Passivation,Flushing,DryingwithAirCompressor

2.3AfterParty-BfinishedPipelineAcid-Cleaning,Party-AandOwner(DelongThailandCo.,LTD)
willcheck.Onlygetapprovalfromabovementionedtwosides,canParty-Bcontinuesealingand
protectionWork..
2.4 Treatment of Cleaning Chemicals must comply with related rules, regulations and laws of
Thailand.

3.1Consideringdiscontinuityofconstruction,asforpartialpipesthatneedacid-cleaningbefore
installation,Party-AshallinformParty-B1dayinadvancewhileParty-Bshallmobilizetoworknot
exceeding1dayfromthetimeParty-Agavenotification.

theirchemicalpropertiesshallnotdamagethemechanicalpropertiesofpipes.

5. Schedule of Mobilization
5.1AfterbothsidessignContractwithin5days,PARTY-Bshallmobilizetojobsite.Ifworkstarts
aheadofschedule,bothsidesshallnegotiateandreachanagreementaboutdateofmobilization. 
5.2 Party-A reserves right to request Party-B to increase labors, tools and materials etc. in
accordancewithactualsituationatjobsitesoastocatchupwithworkingprogress.

6. Quality and insurance
6.1 PARTY-B shall perform Acid-cleaning in accordance with corresponding specification to
guaranteequality.Ifanyproblemsexistingduringworkingprocess,Party-BshallinformPARTY-A
atonce,moreover,onlyPARTY-Aconfirmed,PARTY-Bcanbereleaseofresponsibility.Otherwise,
Party-Bshallshoulderalltheresponsibilityandwillbeclaimed.
6.2Anydefects,oranyotherqualityproblems,PARTY-Bhasobligationtoimprove/modifyuntilit
is qualified and pass inspection of PARTY-A, Owner(Delong Thailand Co., LTD ). Otherwise,
PARTY-AhasrighttoclaimthelossfromPARTY-B.
6.3Party-BMUSTimpedeleakageofcleaningchemicalsbefore/during/aftercleaningoperation
to avoid contamination of Workshop. If leakage of cleaning chemicals does happen due to
Party-B’smisoperation,allresponsibilitiesshallbebornebyParty-B.  

7. Responsibilities of both sides

7.1.1 Send dedicated engineer at site to manage, supervise, and inspect quality and progress.
Coordinate and handle corresponding matters between PARTY-A and PARTY-B during
construction.
7.1.2Performinspection,completionreportandclearfinalaccount.
7.1.3MonthlypaytoPARTY-BonbasisofEngineeringProgress.
7.2ResponsibilitiesofPARTY-B
7.2.1 Manage engineering quality, safety well. Any safety involved accident, such equipment
damage, person injury even catastrophe death during PARTY-B’s working activity, shall be
reported to PARTY-A and relevant departments, but responsibility shall be solely and fully
responsiblebyPARTY-B.
7.2.1EngineeringdelayedduetoPARTY-B’ssuspensionjob,poorwork,material,equipmentsor
other situation, loss shall be borne by PARTY-B. All raw material once been handed over to
PARTY-B,shallbestoredandheldbyPARTY-B,anylossordamageisresponsiblebyPARTY-B.
7.2.3 Protect site existing equipment. Compensate to PARTY-A in case any part or equipment
damage.

8. HSE Managed Measure for Party-B’s Reference
8.1Allpeopleshouldnotenteroncleaningsiteexcepttheoperatorandauthorizedpeople.
8.2Theoperatorwithcertificateshouldhaveatrainingbeforeworking.
8.3 Before cleaning, all cleaning operator should know well of the site, the fire control
establishmentandtheinstrument. 
8.4Itshouldhavetherushingtorepairmaterialandinstrument.

8.5Itisforbadetotransportthecleaningchemicalswiththeoldwayofholdingbyhandingand
beingpickaback.
8.6Thecleaningoperatorshouldfollowtheoperatedstandardinthewholecleaningwork. 
8.7Itisforbadetosmoking,welding,gas-cuttingandotherheatingwork.
8.8Theoperatorshouldhavethesafeguardinthecleaningwork,suchasexposure,glove.
8.9Provisionoftemporaryfirstaidfacilitiesandmedicines.
8.10 The operators to conduct safety education, strengthen the "safety first" mentality, other
measures should strictly enforce corresponding cleansing engineering safety operating
procedure.
9. Majeure Force
BothsidesshallstrictlyperformtheContractexceptsituationofMajeureForce(suchaswar,fire,
typhoon,earthquake,floodand/oranyotheruncontrollable,unforeseen,andunavoidableevents).
Otherwise, violated side shall pay1% Liquidated Damage. In case Penal Sum isnot enough to
compensateanotherside’sloss,violatedsideshallshoulderpartofobligation
