Dear Avis Krabi,
I notice on my credit card a payment for a car on 22 November for 909 Baht. I didn't use this car. The people I was looking to hire the car to transport around turned up with huge bags that wouldn't fit. We tried to upgrade to a bigger Avis car (a Fortuner) but there were none available so we had to take a car from another company.
Please confirm what is going to happen here:
Maybe the charge will be refunded?
Maybe you will give me a free day's hire next time I am in Krabi?
