Eq. (4) was used to calculate the crystal size using the (110) of α-
phase and (111) of γ-phase, and the results are shown in Table 5. The
table reveals that for as-grown thin films, α crystals are twice as large
as γ crystals. Annealing thin films at 500 °C causes a sharp increase in
the crystal size of both α and γ phases. However, increasing the annealing
temperature to 600 °C causes a slight decrease in the crystal size of
α-phase while the size of γ-phase crystals remains unchanged
