With the HACCP system in place, you can be assured that food safety is monitored at each critical point in production. Responsible manufacturing practice is enforced throughout the factory. The first stage of production is our cleaning plant. Our production team carefully monitors the elimination of waste and foreign materials from the beans in three painstaking stages. First the MTRB separators eliminate irregular beans and dust. Then, the magnetic drum removes all metal waste and in the final stage, de-stoners extract any sand and stones allowing only the best standard-sized beans to the next process. As well as to ensure that your product is of the purest form, magnetic bars further extract from the cocoa nibs any metal material caused by the standard wear and tear of equipment. Our engineers have strategically installed magnetic bars at seven stages throughout the refinement
process. Going one step further after this extensive purification, a metal detector guarantees total safety for all of
our finished goods. Favorich is particularly proud of its complete micro laboratory and in-house database link
with QA, Production, Marketing and Logistics Departments. It means that only a product that is effectively free
from physical, chemical and microbiological hazards is delivered to our customers.
