Job Purpose
Responsible for functional training program for new and existing employees. Work closely with various department and unit managers to collect the development needs, develop programs and plan curriculum for the desired competence relevant to each function
Principal Accountabilities
1. Supervise the development of functional training and development roadmap for Marketing, People Finance and CEO group, specifying the appropriate functional programs to be implement in order for employees to develop the desired competence relevant to each function
2. Work with department managers / unit managers to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.
3. Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
4. Interacts with functional organizations to develop course specifications
5. Conduct or arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff members.
6. Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
7. Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
8. Coordinate established courses with technical and professional courses provided by vendors and designate training procedures.
9. Supervise pre and post skill assessment to evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs and activities, and the progression of skills and competence of employees.
10. Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
11. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
1. Strong knowledge and experience in Telecommunication
2. Ability to develop training roadmap and manage day to day operations
3. Strong in analytical, problem solving, structural thinking
4. Ability to be proactive, self-motivated and self- directed
5. Excellent communications skills and the ability to work closely with personnel from other departments.
6. Fluent in English
