It is a great pleasure to announce that Linfox has entered into a significant 10 year agreement with the DuluxGroup.
Linfox will provide warehouse management services in New South Wales, including the construction of a purpose-built facility by the Linfox Property Group for the DuluxGroup in western Sydney.
This agreement further strengthens the existing long-term relationship with the iconic Australian DuluxGroup.
Not only will we provide warehouse management expertise but we will be investing in a custom-built facility which will support the ongoing growth of this leading local company.
This is an important outcome for both businesses; DuluxGroup is highly regarded for its innovation and customer service and we embrace the opportunity to have an integral role in adding further value to our existing relationship.
Our property business led by my brother Andrew Fox and his team have done a tremendous job in assisting Linfox Logistics in concluding this agreement. I would like to thank them all for their efforts and contribution.
The new custom-built facility by the Linfox Property Group is in the planning stages.
It is expected to take approximately 12 months to construct and will be about 23,000m2 once completed.
Outstanding effort
I would like to congratulate all of the people from both our logistics business and property group who have worked tirelessly to bring this transaction to fruition.
It has been a whole of organisation effort and commitment to achieve the best possible outcome where we have worked together – and where we all worked as one.
Recognition must go to the Resources and Industrial team led by Ian Kent. I would also like to recognise the effort of a number of teams throughout the business: the Operations Team at Dandenong together with the Supply Chain Solutions, Operational Implementations and Legal teams.
