Referring to customer profile before updating, there was no draft request also customer’s mail didn’t request to check draft as well. Customer referred to many previous shipments that they received draft even they didn’t request. It’s depend on the agent who was preparing draft at that time which it’s not team work flow standard.
Topic about draft request: customer profile just be updated to request draft every shipment.
Topic about wrong brand declared on the entry: Broker did input wrong name of brand, EDI agent didn’t recheck before submit the entry on e-customs then the entry was wrong. K. Tantip will contact customer about litigation process.
