Mr. X, an employee from our Company, is in charge of our customer account, Company P. He recently received
a request from Company P to revise our freight charge, and Mr. X submitted quotations a couple of times to
Company P. A representative of Company P has shown him the price proposal of Company A, our competitor,
and demanded that we reduce our pricing. So Mr. X sent an email to his boss, General Manager Mr. Y, to
discuss our response to Company P.
