We didn’t get any info. before, until today suddenly get a ticket said the user account in APA was deleted.
You could see from the ticket that helpdesk also gave the wrong info. (wrong user name, wrong user account), we then have to call the end user again to check for the request.
Noboday touch the user account in Webcenter or in AD, the status is normal in both systems.
Urgent thing is to let Ms.Hitzler access to her laptop, we could relocate her user account afterwards to the right sitecode in India as you recommended.
