Responsibilities:

Collaborate with copywriters and creative directors to develop engaging and compelling creative ideas, concepts and designs across an array of industries and target audiences
Work as part of an integrated team—CRM Strategists, Account Executive, IT Specialists and Data Analysts—to understand client goals, craft meaningful insights and develop effective integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, print, video and other channels
Create the visual palette of the creative product from type style, imagery, photography, color and layout and new media
Manage multiple projects, with multiple design, visual and print components
Oversee all aspects of the assignment through the production stage to completion
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Fine Arts, Advertising or related discipline
4+ years of design and art direction experience
Strong conceptual skills, strategic and a solid knowledge of the print and digital design
Experience with strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development, and creative execution
Expert-level experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
An impeccable eye for detail.
Demonstrated ability to translate client message into effective communications across full range of creative disciplines (TV/video, web, mobile, social, interactive, print, etc.)
Strong understanding of web design best practices, interaction design best practices and user interface/information architecture conventions
Must be industry aware: current events, trends, and general advertising culture
Positive attitude, enthusiastic, optimistic, hardworking, and challenge lover.
Proactive, well-organized, self motivated and highly responsible
Good communication and presentation skills
