Dear Khun Pakawan,
I am not happy with how you take such a slow response with your customer. It was my first time flying to Yangon with Bangkok Airways and all you and your company will compensate for my loss was only 2,700 Baht. I think this is not called responsibility for doing this with your passenger or customer. And This issue happened since 19 August 2016, and now it's 3rd October 2016.
I demand your response and your solution this week to solve my satisfaction and time which I lost with your airline from those hours at Yangon Airport and the time waiting for your response.
