Article 9 Notices
All of the letters and correspondences, and any notice as sent by the Customer to the place of destination as indicated as the address of the Contractor mentioned above sent by hand or via registered or unregistered mails shall be deemed to have duly been sent to the Contractor, not taking into consideration whether there there is any recipient or not. Furthermore, if the same cannot be sent due to change in or removal of the place of destination with no any written notification thereof served on the Customer or due to the fact that the place of destination mentioned above cannot be found, the Contractor shall be deemed to have duly received and know the correspondences and/or the written notice serviced by the customer.
