Thanks for your reply I have sent an email to booking.com about this the reason I wanted to cancel my booking was because I had chosen the wrong dates I tried to cancel it but it didn't give me the option to do so. I still booked again at the reception and stayed one night at your hotel. the one I need cancelled is the one that was booked for the 4th Jan and checking out on the 5th Jan.
Can you please accept my request or tell me how I can get this request accepted.
