QUALIFICATION
- Male or Female, Male must passed military status
- Bachelor degree
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Experience 3-5 years
- Flexible, pro-active, good negotiation skills
- Be able to work as team
- Be able to work alone and self initiative
- Excellent Computer skill in MS office and Internet

JOB SUMMARY
- Manage pool vehicles and driver to ensure that fleet activity meet with SOW and highest employee satisfaction with balancing between budget and requirement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and monitoring Fleet’s Supplier performing a range of diverse administrative activities
- Oversee and manage Vehicle Fleet Management to provide vehicle for ISP and assignee.
- Coordinate with assignee and ISP to solve the problem related to driver and vehicle
- Analyze data of fleet service to create development plan and problem prevention plan
- Coaching and Monitoring fleet team to ensure that they’re able to achieve scope of work and business requirement
- TSR management; serve as a central point of liaison with customer in the resolution of a variety of day-to-day operation concerning the employee issue
- Analyze fleet problem and set up the solution to prevent and fix the problem.
- To analysis, control and reconciles budget and verify the document which concerned and providing the administration report about the result of work, expenditure, submitting to General Affairs Manager including budget planning
- Assists in administrative problem solving, program/project planning, development and execution of stated goals and objectives
- Lead and guide work to fleet team
- Enhances professional growth and development though participation in Administration service
- Participate ad-hoc company committee / activity as assigned
- Cost Control for vehicle usage and fleet card usage.
- Lead lucky draw and vehicle registration
- Support GAF activities as needed
