We occasionally place selling limits on member's accounts to maintain a safe trading environment on eBay.
To be considered for an increase selling limit, you must submit all of the following:

2. Documentation clearly showing your current address. This can be one of the following:
- a copy of a recent credit card statement (a copy of the actual credit card is not acceptable)
- a copy of a recent bank statement
- a copy of a recent utility bill (mobile phone bills are not acceptable)
3. You must answer following questions:
1. How do you manage your orders? Do you order these item before making the listings on eBay? Do you check your items before listing?
2. What shipping service do you plan to use? Are you going to use tracking or delivery confirmation?
3. How many items do you plan to list on the site? What is the average price for the items you’re selling?
If you are concerned about including sensitive information, such as your credit card number, please black out all but the first and last four digits. When doing so, keep in mind that your full name and address must be legible for us to process your request.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Any contact information listed on the documents you submit with your appeal must be consistent with the contact information listed on your eBay registered account. If there are any discrepancies between the contact information you submit to us and that registered to your eBay account, you must provide an explanation for these discrepancies, as well as documentation that confirms your explanation.
