When the internal order is created successfully, the event owner (Marketing/Sales/PR) reviews the information and settlement rule specified in internal order master data. If the information is correct, check if internal order group maintenance is needed. To maintain internal order group go to process “33-03 Internal Order Group Maintenance” else the process “33-02 Internal Order Maintenance (Event)” triggers the process “33-13 Budget Entry for Event” for the maintenance of original budget. However if internal order is wrongly created, go to step 4 to make correction respectively.
