• Methods you can use to identify and measure customer satisfaction.
2.3. To fulfil the requirements of this Work Project you are asked to cost the menu items for the menu identified in Work Project 2.1.
2.4. To fulfil the requirements of this Work Project you are asked to research and identify considerations if holding an outdoor event.
2.5 To fulfil the requirements of this Work Project you are asked to research and identify the resources you would need to implement the menu identified in Work Project 2.1.
