Face to face Interviews
For some elder or some people didn’t use the internet because in researcher’s hypothesis, those group of people might be the important market target of Tesco Lotus because they have power purchasing and have the responsibility.
In this research, data was collected after 30 respondents from Tesco Lotus to answer the interview question and recommend the useful information in the retail supermarket.
That researcher would like to do in semi structured interviews that make the people can answer by widely or freely and new and unexpected information can be collected by the researcher.
