We have just learned that for staff who did not managed to do their self assessment evaluation by 30/10, their self evaluation (uncompleted) is advanced automatically by Workday system to their manager on 2/11 and this task disappears from your Workday Inbox.
Can the Manager concerned please delegate this task (Self-Evaluation of staff) back to the employee. Kindly do take note of notifications in your Outlook inbox from Workday.Admin snclavalin about tasks awaiting your action.
Managers are also reminded that they have until November 20th to complete the overall rating of their employee (Manager Evaluation - see below highlighted text in yellow). As the supervisory organization chart is arranged by disciplines and functions, some of you might be having staff in your Inbox who do not actually report to you. You can either get feedback about the staff performance from their actual manager or delegate the Manager Performance Evaluation to them. By the way attached is a list of our site staff and who their actual manager is for your reference.
