The results showed that the antioxidant capacity of films ranged from 6.3% to 52.3%. The lowest percentage was attributed to Test 10. Unlike CG, the results from Table 3 suggest that CF linearly contributed to an increase in I, most likely due to the accompanied increase in the content of carotenoids that act as antioxidants.
