As I have advised we will manage it with CAT or within Sandvik. I've discussed this topic with Sandvik Management in order to avoid any delay on your order confirmation this July month of package QJ341, QH441 and QA451.
However it will be important your team provide us all technical evidences showing that you did all actions according our instructions, not only supply original parts but also the asembling done properly.
Reason of why we have send those pictures we've got from CAT to get your comments and then to discuss with them.
Can you please tell me how much is the total amount of warranty claim?
