1.THE DODGY PR INCIDENTS
Bill Gates famously said if he was down to his last dollar he would spend it all on PR and it's something that perhaps Facebook should have chosen who they were spending their PR dollars with a bit more wisely of late. Maybe Facebook knew what was coming from Google when it set out on a campaign to smear their big rival and hired a dodgy PR company to go and dig up dirt on them. That backfired badly on them and there have been a series of articles starting to get written about them with a more negative tone than I have ever seen before. I wouldn't say they have lost the press and the online media but the knives are certainly out for the first time ever and that post The Social Network glow that they had where they were invincible is gone.
