Ingredients:
2 cans of Tuna
1 bundle of Kangkum
3 tbs Soy Sauce
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tbs Butter
Instructions:
Adjust the heat to mid-high, in a skillet add butter and Kangkum stems you put this in first because it takes the longest to cook. You can add onions if prefered at this time. Let it cook for about 5 min or until the stem are slightly wilted.
Once the stems are cooked you then add the kangkum leaves stir and let cook till the leaves are wilted. Add the salt, garlic powder, black pepper and soy sauce. Let it cook for 2-3min.
Add the tuna at the end and turn off the stove, mix well and let it sit for a couple of minutes so that the tuna would warm up.
Note: you add tuna last so that it won’ t over cook. Best served with rice Enjoy!!!
