Lana is revealed to be the one who kidnapped Lionel Luthor, and when he is finally freed, Lionel informs Lana that he knows she kidnapped him.

In the end, it is revealed that Bizarro has been posing as Clark the entire time, unknown to anyone else, with Clark trapped at the Fortress of Solitude.
