International Conference on Food and Applied Bioscience 2016
About Conference
Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, is pleased to present the third biennial Food and Applied Bioscience International Conference, taking place at The Empress Hotel, Chiang Mai, Thailand, on 4-5 February 2016.
The Food and Applied Bioscience International Conference (FAB) is a well established event that brings together academic professionals from all around the world. This conference will include scientific oral and poster presentation from both regional and international delegates and a session from keynote speakers covering the latest developments in food and applied bioscience area.
Building on the success of the 2014 event, we are honoured to again be working in partnership with Food Science & Technology Association of Thailand (FoSTAT), Agro-Industry Academic Council Association (AIAC), and Gangneung-Wonju National University and College of Life Sciences and Biotechnology, Korea University.
Discover new ideas and gain insights into the challenges of multi-disciplinary in food and applied bioscience. Qualified papers will be selected to publish in the Food and Applied Bioscience Journal (http://www.agro.cmu.ac.th/fabjournal/).

Objectives
To promote research activities of Faculty of Agro-Industry and to provide an opportunity for academics, researchers, graduate students of Agro-Industry Chiang Mai University and regional institutions to present their research results and exchange ideas and experiences leading to research development and collaborative research.
