Monitor overall logistics processes and contributing to customers of East-West Seed International in order to achieve high standards for customer satisfaction as primary focus. As well as service EW in Thailand for import and export formalities.
Analyze necessary information and current situation to be able to generate a plan for implementing service excellence and operations improvements such as streamline work process, improve communication, reduce lead time by prioritizing and assigning tasks, resources and accountabilities to teams to ensure efficient use of organizational resources.
Build harmonize, supportive and positive relationships within logistics team and between team and EWG especially EWTH team to achieve both parties' goals.
Manage and develop team by delegate decision-making authority and task responsibility and provide timely guidance and feedback to help employees to maximize their job ownership and commitment to outcomes.
Prepare and provide reports as requested by management
Performing other tasks assigned by the EWIT General Manager
