Well,i had a little delay here today as i briefly told you,but hopefully,everything gonna be settle by tomorrow morning. Please don't worry,i will be there for you soon to make you feel good. This is my promise for you.

Truly,i have missed you so much my dear and can't wait to see you soon. I am here to inform you the situation of things with me. I have to share everything with you because i have no one else around to share and you are everything to me already my dear. I really do appreciated everything we have already shared together and i pray that God guide and bless us always.

I went back to the Security Finance Company today for the release of the money which they have already putting into (Cheque Bond). I was told that the Cheque has already been issued but was sent to the turkey Central Bank for the governor to issue his signature. I was then directed to go there to pay for some Tax Charges regarding the deposited money and get a Tax Clearance Certificate before the cheque release to me. Meanwhile,i have already paid some amount of money to the Security Finance Company for the demurages started from the date of the deposited money in there company.

Fortunately, when i reached the Central Bank,i met with the person in charge who asked me to have a sit. After some minutes,i was called to pay for the Tax Clearance Certificate charges for the issued cheque. I was ordered to pay the sum of $10,253 to the turkish Central Bank for the tax. But unfortunately,i did not expect such amount of charges for the tax after i have paid $14,112usd for the demurages to the Security Company.

I negotiated with the person in charge and she informed me that they charged based on the amount of money cheques carried.The Security Finance Company made out for me a certified Cheque Bond following the instructions I gave to them, the money my late father had with them. So they focus on the amount and charged me $10,253usd.

I now asked the Central Bank to release the cheque to me while I come back to the Security Company,deduct some money out from the cheque and pay them but they insisted that I must pay before the governor would issue his signature and the cheque release to me because the inittial agreement between them and my late father was that no one should take out the money until all the necessary payments are made. I had $2,220 cash that remain with me, so I advanced them $2,000 and told them that I will be back to pay them the balance of $8,253.

It was very unfortunate that I did not expect this earlier and could not access my local bank account back home from here which was very difficult for me. Meanwhile,i have contacted my aged Mom to send me some money from the one i dropped for her before travelling. She could only assist me with just $3,000. Although she was so much worried. I tried calling my pastor but was told that he was not in town. One of my close friends is in the hospital and still recovery from his illness. Finally,i contacted my other family friend who told me that he was out of cash as he invested a lot in his new company but will try to look around for me.

I am waiting to hear from him so that i can cash the money out and pay them and get my cheque back immediately. After i have pay for this remaining balance of $5,253,i will go back to the Security Company to deduct some money out from the cheque for me to have enough cash at hands,then purchase my ticket and be on my way to see you. I want to settle this as soon as possible darling.

I always thank Him for making our communication possible. Thank you also for coming into my life my dearest . We just continue to trust God and allow Him to accomplish His purpose to both of us. Please my dear,keep on praying for me as you do.

I have not been into such mess before but i realized that i am into a foreign country and i believed God will see me through.
